Parking & FAQ

  •  There are two places to park when you pull up to Novak; there’s street parking off W. Lancaster and there is covered garage parking behind Pinnacle Bank off of 15th St. If you park in the garage, make sure to pull a ticket (don’t park in 30 minute parking!) and take it inside with you. After your service our Front Desk will validate your parking for up to a $4 discount! If you park on the street you can pay at the meter or using the FW Park app.

  • Since I am with clients most of the day it’s best to let the front desk know if you’ll be late to your appointment. You can call them at 8175924247. I have a 10-15 minute grace period which varies due to length of services booked, density of hair, etc. I will do my best to adjust my schedule accordingly, however it may result in removing certain services (i.e. color, blowout etc.) or rescheduling. A late arrival more than 15 minutes passed scheduled appointment time is considered a No Show & fees will be applied accordingly.

  • Your scheduled time is reserved especially for you, I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.

  • Its best to come with clean & dry hair, with minimal product. if your hair is overly dirty or product heavy, we will have to wash & blowdry your hair which might effect the service you can receive.
