Meet your stylist
I’m a native San Diegan that landed herself in Fort Worth in March 2020 (great timing right?). My partner & best friend, Maxwell, and I decided Texas would be the best place to start our lives & be near his family.
On the weekends, you can find us walking along the Trinity with our puppy Bean, while our cat Luci lounges in the sun at home. We love exploring new restaurants and antique stores around our fun city.
My interest in hair started when I was about twelve years old and my mom let me color my own hair for the first time. I went through almost every color of the rainbow before I turned sixteen. After I graduated high school, I became a receptionist at a hair salon and fell even more in love with this industry. After graduating cosmetology school, I worked as an apprentice under an experienced stylist before starting on my own at Novak Hair Studios where I gained a special love for color.
Color can be so transformational; I love helping people break out of their comfort zones. Turning that chair around at the end of an appointment and seeing a client’s face light up at their new hair gives me a certain happiness that nothing else can.
