Cancelation & No Show Policy

Your scheduled time is reserved especially for you, I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.

Therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations & rescheduling.

Cancelation/Rescheduling within 24 hours: Will require a fee up to 50% of scheduled services. If rescheduling, the 50% fee will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.

No Call/No Show: Will require a fee up to 100% of scheduled services and fees must be paid before rescheduling.

Second No Show: Requires a fee equal to 100% of missed services. We will also require that you prepay in full for any future services scheduled.

Late Arrivals: Let me or the front desk know if you're running behind or think you may arrive late to your scheduled appointment. I have a 10-15 minute grace period which varies due to length of services booked, density of hair, etc. I will do my best to adjust my schedule accordingly, however it may result in removing certain services (i.e. color, blowout etc.) or rescheduling. A late arrival more than 15 minutes passed scheduled appointment time is considered a No Show & fees will be applied accordingly.

Please be aware that any credit or debit cards used to secure a booking online, over the phone, or stored on file, may be used to pay for your visit or charge no-show fees.
